Winter Activities

Ah winter. It brings lovely activities such as snow, which was dumped upon the midwest in copious amounts not seen in decades over winter break and also other activities such as ice skating. Some people do not like ice skating. Most of those people have no balance. They teeter, they totter, then they fall on their *Edit* rear end. I for one love to ice skate but rarely get the chance to as being from Kansas City, while we are known for our fountains, we have very few ice skating rinks. They are probably countable on two hands. To the point, this past week we had the Winter Activities Carnival at K-State which informed students about all of the wonderful clubs and organizations that a person can get involved in while at K-State. But the coup de grâce was the indoor ice skating rink that was not made out of ice, but some sort of plastic or rubber. Either way, it made for some interesting photos!
